What we love and what we do:
We offer results oriented strategic learning consulting, world class learning programs and conference design implementation. Working on a global basis in English, German, Spanish and Chinese we can call on experience and expertise gained in over fifty countries on all continents.
Our focus is on gaining sustainable results for clients using a combination of our design and implementation capabilities. We regard the “why” of learning design to be as important as the “how” of learning delivery. We offer a restricted “menu” of options to our clients and focus on solutions that deliver value, immediate impact and long-term viability. This restricted “menu” reflects not only our strengths but our convictions about what we love to do and what we are great at delivering. For instance, we have chosen the Birkman Method® as our personal profiler and leadership instrument in preference to all of the other possibilities. This is because we regard it as the very best and this focus makes us exceptionally good and innovative at applying it.
We design and deliver amazing conferences because it’s something we love to do and are therefore brilliant at it. We teach EQ and storytelling, deliver memorable communication, team, leadership and change programs for the same reasons—love and focus—and this is clearly demonstrated in both the innovation we deliver and the real care we apply to all of our work.
Recently, we have become the European partner of choice for the Boston based Authentic Leadership Institute (ALI) working with them to deliver their programs Europe and indeed worldwide. We love our work and we strive to ensure that you will love the results.
